Pupsicles in Julian

With the rain this weekend Steve and I thought it would be great to introduce Wally to the snow in Julian.  We had a nice ride there and couldn't wait to go for a walk.  We drove to the base of Vulcan Mountain so we could walk around without being in somebody's yard.  We let the dogs run around, they were having so much fun!  We were laughing at Wally because his fur collected a ton of snow which severely slowed him down compared to Charlie.  We kept laughing until we realized that we couldn't get the snow out of Wally's fur.  He had packed snow around his neck, under his arms, underneath and wrapped all around his legs.  I was so scared!  Steve was too; so we took him to the car and put the heater on and waited for the snow to melt and cut some of the snow out with scissors.  Wally was shivering for almost half an hour; it was so sad!  Once we were sure he wasn't going to have frostbite or hypothermia we could relax and go eat pie at the Julian Pie Co (it's better than Mom's).
