Wally and Ollie finally met! Ollie is my friend Elan's dachshund who is a year old and very well behaved! Unlike Wally, Ollie always comes when he is called and always plays very gentle with the other dogs. (That is something we are working on with Wally.) This was the first time we took Wally to the beach and he did not stay close by or follow us happily when we called him. He would look at us and think "Umm, yeah, no I don't think so; you don't make a compelling argument for me to follow you instead of playing with this pup."
they are so cute together, they kind of look like little kids who don't want their picture taken, but we make them anyways. wally will get better, i kind of think of the dog beach as a place ollie can do anything, its the other crazy dogs that makes me wanna keep him close, cause he will walk up to the big ones and play with them. summer time ollie will be out there all the time so they can play regularly and stanley will be bigger.
